EuroAsia Minmet Corp. supplies continuous casting steel billets (CCM) and prime steel slabs for re-rolling mills, TMT bar manufacturing, wire rods, and structural fabrication. Quality certified with Mill Test Certificate (MTC) and customized specifications.
Continuous Casting Steel Billets (CCM)
Prime quality continuous casting steel billets manufactured through electric arc furnace (EAF) or induction furnace routes with ladle refining furnace (LRF) treatment, suitable for rolling into high-yield strength TMT bars, wire rods, light angles, and channels.

Geometric & Surface Tolerances
Stringent tolerances to ensure high re-rolling yield and minimize mill downtime.
- Rhomboidity (Diagonal Difference): Max 4.0 mm for 100–125 mm; max 5.0 mm for 130–150 mm.
- Camber / Straightness: Max 5 mm per meter; max 25 mm over total 12m billet length.
- Corner Radius: 6 mm – 10 mm smooth rounded corners without sharp ridges.
- Surface Quality: Free from cracks, pinholes, blowholes, scabs, slag inclusions and deep folds.
- End Cut: Shear cut or gas cut square ends without burrs exceeding 5 mm.
Chemical Composition Specifications
Controlled carbon, manganese and micro-alloying ratios provide high tensile strength and weldability as per global re-rolling standards.

Steel Slabs (Continuous Cast)
Heavy semi-finished continuously cast steel slabs for hot-strip rolling mills and plate rolling mills, supplied to manufacture heavy plates, structural pipe, and industrial cold-rolled coils.

Slabs are supplied in plain carbon, low alloy, and structural steel grades with guaranteed mechanical properties:
- Commercial / Drawing Grades: ASTM A36, SAE 1006 / 1008, JIS SS400.
- Structural & Pressure Vessel: EN 10025 (S235JR, S275JR, S355JR), ASTM A516 Gr 60 / 70.
- Pipelines & Line Pipes: API 5L Grades B, X42, X52, X60.
- Surface Quality: Machine scarfing / flame scarfing available upon request to guarantee defect-free rolling.
